Passing the "Ball and Chain"

Twenty nine years ago, Jeff Pratt stepped up as the Rotary Club of Mill Creek's first President. And each year, past club presidents line up to pass down a "ball and chain" to the incoming president. The ball and chain symbolizes the amount of work and effort the president will be taking on during their Rotary year. Here Past-President Jeff Pratt begins the ball and chain on its journey down the line of our club's past-presidents.
