Community Service Co-Chair, Pam Olson has been coordinating with the City‘s Recreation Department in having 10 Mill Creek Rotarians to assist with the event that includes set-up & take down. The time frame would be 4:30-8:00 p.m.
This is a great opportunity for our Rotary Club to get some local community exposure.
In addition to Candy & Masks disbursements, Rotary members will also be collecting food donations made during the event. We will also be handing out Wreaths Across America flyers to the community attendees.
The City will provide masks & gloves to all volunteers assisting in the event & a signed waiver will be required of participating volunteers.
If you would like to participate in the event, please contact Pam Olson at 425-478-3570 or email polson43@msn.com. (Encourage volunteers to wear “child appropriate” costumes-nothing scary please).
