Scholar Athlete

At this Wednesday's virtual meeting, we recognized an outstanding Scholar Athlete.
Eli Hellman is our April Student of the Month from  Archbishop Murphy High School.

Eli has a great passion for rowing. He has spent countless hours training and has done a great job balancing rowing with his other commitments. Eli has received many awards with rowing, 1st at Northwest Regionals 2019, 1st place Husky open 2019 and 1st place Rose City Invitational, just to name a few. Eli  has enrolled in multiple AP courses, the Archbishop Murphy Matteo Ricci program, and became a student intern at the  admissions office. In addition to his dedication to all his classes and rowing, Eli has been a member of the Chinese club, has participated in student council, DECA and national honor society tutoring. During his time at Archbishop Murphy  he has volunteered over 120 hours at local organizations such as Special Olympics, retirement homes, and Camp Prov.

Eli has accepted an offer at Santa Clara University next fall and plans to study accounting/finance and to row!

Congratulations Eli!
